"Lt Wilson denied one charge of failing to keep a proper look-out and two charges of impeding the passage of the 830ft long tanker"

The fist charge is rubbish, bloody great red ship like that I guarantee every member of the crew on the yacht would have seen it and knew it was coming a long way off - it was acting on what they saw that was the problem.

I suppose...well...erm...he's not technically guilty of impeding the passage. After all, it's not like hitting his boat damaged it or slowed it down...

Wassup twimmypoos? You don't like it when someone who you misguidedly think is 'your kind of people' makes a pratt of himself in public then compounds it by saying it wasn't him?

It wasn't you was it?

... so the charges are not really valid, the courts need to re think their approach and maybe go for a charge of knob and two charges of wearing brogues.
