Adding a post to the thread brings the thread back to the top of the threadlist. Also called bumping, so you'll see "bump" as well. It's done by the seller when there is no interest in what they have for sale... over priced etc! They're hoping that someone who hasn't seen the thread will discover it at the top rather than being buried in the month old for sale listings.
