Superyacht sinking

Ignore the long words the video does open--Greek rescue service for sinking superyacht- Not sure when this happened but at least despite the mess of the finances they still turn out to rescue.

Superyacht Yogi Sinks off Greek Coast

"Burgess Yachts, who were the central managing charter agents for the yacht (costing from 357,000 a week), were unable to comment at this moment in time."

What would cause the boat to go down like that, do these gin palaces not have backup generators/pumps/propulsion etc and experienced crew on board?
