RF2 output & hidden menu on Amstrad Sky+ Box
OK,
Does anyone know how to get to the menu that allows me to turn on the +9v on the RF2 port of an Amstrad A1P0802? I'm trying to fit one of these "magic eyes" to allow us to control it from a second telly, but can't find the "RF2 power on" option. (it does send pictures out, so RF2 is connected inside!)
I've tried the "services,4,0,1, select" option, but that fails on the "0" keypress due to a lack of "option 0" in the Services menu.
I've been through the entire menu set, and can't find it, so assume it must be in a hidden menu that I don't know what combo of Keys to press to find, and of course there's no clues in the manual....
(The RF2 port has "+9V" stamped on the case beside it, I've poked it with my voltmeter, saw 0.2-0.01V, definetly no 9V, so it's either in a hidden menu, or It's an "auto on", and I need to go through the coax run & tighten up the sockets / solder the centre pin on all the plugs in case it "auto detects")
Can anyone help?
