And lo and behold - next year is upon me and despite April being the coldest in 30 years, May has shaped up nicely and my apple trees are blooming and setting fruit to beat the band. Fingers crossed for some warm and dry weather over the next two months.
The 2014 Vintage has improved with age - a lot more mellow and there's a hint of apple coming through that wasn't there before. I have maybe 75 bottles left....
