THE HOUSE SELLING HIPS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED AS FROM THE 21 st May..

However the seller will still require a epc


Great news to start the housing market moving again...

Promising news. There's been far to much nannying of the british public by the government for too long now. We don't need to be protected from our own stupidity. This of course being said by me, who isn't even governed by the uk anyway

the telegraph ran an article a few weeks ago saying that the conservatives were planning a "bonfire of labour laws" lets just hope its a big one, that hip crap is a good start.
