I don't think the "big man" will be charged as it is not really in the public interest, however the ticket collector might be in a bit of bother..........

He said he tried to explain to the inspector that he had a valid ticket, yeah you could hear him trying by telling the Inspector to 'f**K off'.

Scotrail have a zero tolerance policy on verbal and physical abuse of staff. The only person that should be charged here is the wee nyaff for fare dodging.
