And this is another point ... I was listening a 5 live broadcast last week where punters were complaining about cyclists denting the wings of their cars, and most of the cyclists have no insurance, so the motorist feels aggrieved that they have to foot the bill for the repair .., and ofcourse the no claims bonus goes bang unless its protected

There are some cyclists that do carry insurance.. and good on them

but clearly its a problem as exibited in the VID by the OP (Kerny) as at one point a taxi driver gets out and rages at the cyclist for touching his cab

The last video is case in point regarding some cyclists putting themselves in peril. Irrespective of whether the car on right was in the wrong or not, it was pretty obvious that they were intent on pushing their way into the other lane yet the cyclist still put themselves in a position that was clearly highly likely to happen. If I was a car driver I would not have gone up the inside of the car even though the worse that was going to happen to me was a scratch, yet the cyclist, with potentially more to lose, still decided to take his chances with a plonker of a car driver.

Road tax... hold on I just need to wipe down the living room wall after spraying a mouth full of tea up the wall!
