Cheap room in London

I have to go to London allot to see a specialist. It's normally only a one day thing but I'm getting a bit sick of going there and back in one day.
Does anyone know of any where cheap to stay near Euston station or around Marylebone? The place I go to is not far off Marylebone High street, Westmoreland street.
Got to go again at the beginning of November

Have a look at Travel Lodge - I hate the places myself - always too hot - no aircon which is fair enough but no normal ventilation either!!!

anyway they usually have sales on - £19 per night etc but you have to book in advance - great if you have a specific date in mind!!!
