Unfortunately not as the chap who has bought my Rib has paid for it by Bankers Draft, which the Bank takes 5 days to clear. So cannot pay for mine until then....... pain in the arse why a Bankers Draft takes 5 days, thought it was as good as cash.

Might see if I can tag along on in Merlin if they're going over......

If all is fair Merlin will be going so you know you are most welcome.

Especially as Scurvy Crew #1 (aka K) is still on the mend (thereby missing the legendary Li'lhampton Outing )

Paul,
I hope Kathleen is making a fine recovery, is it tempting fate that we are going sking with the Tadpoles at Christmas , Watch this space.

We will not be able to make this trip I have just been told that we are on Holiday this weekend Camping in Devon. Must engage brain before mouth.

Have a great trip.

Cheers
Kev.

Mike will not be a happy bunny with K nicking his "handle".

Hope K is on the mend - you can PM the gory details if you want

Jimbo, the forecast is not looking that hot for Friday evening. Hopefully things will be fine ..... however in the event of you calling it off, by what time will you make the decision on Friday, and I assume you will post the decision on here?

Thanks Kevin and Peter!

Nice clean fracture - all better in the next week or so

Hope to catch up with you peeps soon! Should be a few exciting new boats out for the next run...Kismet, a famous yellow boat, the Jester (looking forward to seeing/hearing an Extreme close up!!!), Remedy...truly exciting times!!!

Jimbo, Friday's weather might not be great? So Merlin might lay low for this one. Might meet for a jar in the Dump (Puerta Solenta) if anyone's around...

There was a very outside chance I could have made this one, but alas things haven't panned out that way, I have some VIP's staying this weekend and was hoping to take them out on the high Sea's this weekend (possibly to catch supper) but with the weather looking so misarable I'll be playing a little closer to home and showing Germans that British can drink more than them.

Have a good trip and make me wish I had come, by posting lots of Photo's.

here is the local weather forecast for friday:

The afternoon will be cloudy throughout, and we will have light showers early on, with occasional sunny outbreaks later. We will have a south westerly force 4 wind, with temperatures reaching an afternoon high of 17c, but feeling a little cooler.

We may have light showers during the early evening, easing off towards sunset. The wind will be a westerly force 4, and temperatures will reach a high of 17c early on falling to low of 15c later in the evening.
