UK-ICELAND trip 2006

A friend of mine (could say an adventurer as he went to Greenland in a SIB) and great fan and user of SIB and now RIB (bought it second hand in UK Valiant Vanguard powered with twin 50 hp Mercury) he went on powerboat lessons in I.O.W. so perhaps somenone knows him on here already, his name is Ingolfur but called among friends Ingo, one thing he has been interested in is to organise trip from UK to Iceland and I must confess this has been sort of interest to me and now we have decide to join forces to set up a committe organising and for that purpose we two are planning to be in Southampton on either weekend of the boat show talking to people interested in doing ride from Scotland - Shetland Island - Fareo Island - Iceland true adventure trip people will remember.

Those of you interest can PM me or send me an email on bogib@mi.is

Bogi

Hi Bogi
count me in for helping plan the trip, after all, I do know the way!
Dont think my back and neck injury will allow me to be on board a small boat but you never know I might get my 15 metre one built by the time we leave.
It is going to be based in Canada so I could use the UK - Iceland trip as part of the delivery.See you

Interested

Hi

We are interested as just looking to buy new boat which should be up to the trip. We'd then need to work out if we were up to it - (we may be too novice). Perhaps we could take more experienced passenger.
