Just a thought....
Does Anyone fancy making it a long(er) weekend?
I rather fancy the idea of towing up to Anglesey/Menai on the Monday (3rd), on the way back and doing a ‘Round the Island’, or at least a run through The Swellies. (Haven’t checked tides yet!) Anyone up for it?
Also any up to date knowledge of local slips there appreciated. The Menai Bridge slip has been suggested, (thanks Jono) but according to Boatlaunch there is an £18 registration fee for using a slip on Anglesey – plus a £10 launch fee for what IT says is a difficult slip!
Boatlaunch makes ‘Ronnies’ Slipway on the mainland sound good, allegedly a tractor launch for less than most DIY slips in the Solent…. But there’s no contact phone number for Ronnies to check it out…. 
Any comments appreciated!

Menai Bridge is the second best slip in North Wales (Pwllheli being the first), if your registered for Gwynedd it also covers you for Anglesey.
Not sure whats happening at Rons, as he's retired.
