Scillies in May

So far we have 3 boats including myself for this cruise.

so is anyone elso going to join in the fun?

Thats great. I am not intending turning this into a race, so it we be a nice easy jount.

When opting for the Whitsun cruise I failed to remember that half my crew are sitting either A levels or GCSEs this year and I think that the end of May might be prime revision time. I don't know if I will be able to take them away from their studies for three days.

I'll have to let you know.

I think this cruise has kind of dropped of the map.

But I am still intending to go over to the Scillies between 28th May and 5th June for 3 or 4 days depending on the weather.

I will be leaving from Falmouth, and sleeping on my rib on a mooring at St Marys, and using the days to cruise anound and explore, loosely following the route drawn up by Brian.

I would love to have some company or even just meet up with the locals if anyone is around and about then.

Unfortunately the RiB won’t be ready for this trip, still waiting on the new trailer, and then I can take her to Robin Kernow for a full Service...

I am making the crossing to St Marys on Sat 28th, It is looking like I am crossing alone so it would be great to hook up.

I made the same crossing @ Easter.

My Girlfriend and Daughter are leaving on the ferry 0630hrs from Penzance. I will probally leave the same time.

Still not 100% on which day we will be crossing, but 0630 is far to early for me anyway. I will see you over there. I am sure you will spot me out and around and I will keep an I open for you when we get there.
