Scillies 2006 anyone?

Taken from outside the pub on St Marys.

I fancy going again in 2006.

Just a thought to muse upon over Christmas.

Why wait till 2006 theres plenty of 2005 left yet Scillies for Lunch This Christmas

I am also going out on 4th August and comming back on the 11th. Id be happy to have a few other boats tag along.

I will probably also make a few casual, one day or wekend trips during the summer when nice weather comes.

I'm pretty flexible . Best to post a thread on here giving us a little warning. I'm looking to make a few trips over in 2006 aswell as the Christmas trip. I know a couple of guys from Falmouth who've not done the trip yet that are keen to go this summer. In the summer months we would go straight from Falmouth, for the xmas trip we will be setting off from Penzance.

Yup, sure Duncan. It would be good to see you and Morvan again. When you thinking of going? Mid May would suit the Garsides and Mag A.

Would love to go down there again.

Hangover permitting might do some diving this time!

Cheers

Not sure on times.

Have a cottage booked in Rock for either half term or the week after - Just waiting to see if our bid has been successful for the week we wanted.

Have a small person now so school holidays or a bank holiday would probably be favourite.

I agree that may or June would be best weather wise. We were very lucky at the beginning of July this year.

Isles of Scilly 2006

PPC are doing an event again based upon a leisurely cruise down from the Solent in 2006.

Trouble is its not till August, meant to co-incide with the kids being off.

Very well worth a visit for those that have not been, and do-able in a 5.8m rib even.
