Duclair, I think the Witch said they are at now. Not sure which scrying device she used to gain that morsel of info.

The Witch is right. We had a quick pitsop biere and quiche in Duclair which was the first available temporary mooring we found on our way up to Rouen. We have just spent the night in Rouen and in a few mins after breakfast we will be meeting our first real challenge..... getting some fuel from a roadside station. So far the sea/river conditions have been absolutely fantastic and we have been getting better economy than first thought, and I can thoroughly reccomend surfing Martini's wake. It knocks 20% off your fuel consumption .
Port de L'Ilon tonight subject to fuel and the first of many locks. More to follow..... Oh, and don't forget to ask Martini about the Gendarmes when you next see him

You'll have to wait to see the photo. Made it to Port de L'Ilon and all a little sunburnt.

Great pics Erin, the first two pics really show the meaning of a mirror glass sea.

Hoping to get back Sunday or Monday, but the forecast is still a little bit uncertain for the open sea part. Have to be downstream of Rouen by Friday evening as the river is being closed for 3 days for racing and we don't want to get trapped the wrong side and not get home in time for work next week.

It's been a hard slog and some of our plans were a bit ambitious, with a few problems along the way, but at least we made it

Full reports with photos and some video once we get home.
