Give me an update on when you pass the Farnes, at worst I could manage a RAS to stock you up with some warm or cold comestibles!

I have done a few long distance rib trips including a circumnavigation of Ireland England Scotland & Wales If you will take my advice go for 100 -150 mile legs take a lunch stop, enjoy the scenery.give Cape Wrath a great deal of respect .It is very easy to fall into a kind of torpor when you get fatigued and you tend to press on on auto-pilot that is when mistakes happen.take easy snacks, chocolate
Biscuits etc and drink plenty of fluid. The longest leg we have done is 250 miles round the top of Scotland but that was in ideal conditions with 6 ribs.
Enjoy.

Loved reading this thread so far!
Very interested in seeing how you get on, I can recommend a stop in Exmouth, there’s a sheltered Marina and B&Bs everywhere, there’s easy fuel access and 2/3 marine engineers on had within 5mins of the Marina.
I’d love to pop out and cruise with you when your passing if your not staying too!

Absolutely brilliant progress so far.
