Looks Like I'll have to be setting off Friday since I'm about 4.5 hours away in Hull!
I'll be looking to find a suitable place for the night and probably my friend and his wife too so ideas would be good.
Don't fancy getting up at 3am Saturday morning to make sure I'm there for the launch time

As mostly everyone elso, will need a place for Sunday also.

Si.

Aberafon about eight miles past Caernarfon is a great campsite and has the added bonus of being able to launch/store trailer. Only downside is distance back to the straits. If we can get definite numbers I should be able to sort out chalets for just as cheap as camping and trailers will be safe at ty calch with Chris

That would be marvellous

If there's any room for the two nights it would be grand, especially been not too far from Chris's for leaving the boat.

forget the squirrel discomick, not enough meat. Now the the farmer at Ty calch can supply a full pig or lamb maybe this can be done for our evening entertainment if staying on a campsite, that is of course, you fancy getting speedyrib to do the honours. http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=eu0ZLiXzOto

Hi Lads, love to join you on your trip. Been round the Island many times but only in Newhaven Sea Warrior's, had two of them. I've come down in size quite a bit these days but you never know, the sea can be kind on the 'odd day'. At least one end of the Straits is usually quiet whatever the weather.
