Clyde run

Assuming the winds and weather moderate, and this has to happen sometime, I might have a look at a run up the Clyde next saturday to Glasgow to see the Xmas lights.
Its a nice low water in the evening for the run back to keep the junk grounded.
Will decide later in the week based on weather mostly but does anyone eles fancy it?
if alone will just wing it as far as stops go but if others look like coming will look at arranements for landing in town, afaik there is a new landing stage at the transport museum and further up river.
Transport musem may be a good stop if we go up about lunchtime for the afternoon?

Yes there is a new pontoon there and a slip .. cant remember if its gated or not (slip), think somone runs RYA courses from there, perhaps they'll post up. There are 2 cafes inside the museum which was still free entry when I was there in September.

Hi

yes why not, you could launch it at ours on Tarbet street Gourock. We close about 1 on saturday so that would be perfect.

10th no can do, but if the weather postpones it, another Saturday might be feasible.
