Looks very calm there too, unless you were in a completely sheltered area!! - Gusting over 30knots here now, and pouring down with rain.... proper weather

Whats the Yacht club like for casual visits from Ribbers. Are they welcoming and do they supply food and beer ?

I'm not a member, but have been welcomed on the two occassions that I visited. Once for Sunday lunch last October and the second time on Saturday.

The food is good and reasonably priced.
