new windscreen as well made out of the same material as a bus shelter UNBREAKABLE stuff!!!

How did you bend the plastic, what is the'plastic' called - need new screen for mine struggling with heating/bending perspex.

hi mike

the windscreen is made from persprex which is the same material that bus stops are made from. i bent it by using ratchets and a paint stripper to provide heat.

Nice. When you stuff the boat and get catapaulted head first into the windscreen, how is the unbreakable, and what appears to be unprotected, edge of the windscreen going to do to your face?

Looks o.k. you have done it yourself your pleased with it and that's all that matters.

However I would consider some sort of rail over the screen now for the screen's protection and your own.

Also acts as a hand hold when moving around the vessel.
