Down near the needles 2nd January

Andy and I took the boat out for a blast to blow away the cobwebs and have a fun last day before going back to work. The sun was out and the water very calm in the Solent.

We tried the Bugle Inn in Yarmouth for lunch - the steak & ale pie is better than the kings head - worth checking out in the future!

Shame it isnt like this every day!

Nice Pics. Lucky So and So.

Seems like Yarmouth has more than its fair share of good eateries.

Hi Ricky,

We were tying up to the wall as you were trying to get your drysuit on after your lunch ! Late start, don't ask...

4 pints of Flowers and the KH chilli burrito tasted OK, but with a familiar outcome later...

Brilliant run back to Southampton and it was difficult to slow down at the start of the Itchen.

Excellent! Sounds like you had a good day as well (apart from the chilli & beer outcome of course )

We were out too...
Bilge Rat even scurried down for a day with Chris and I. We were the ones playing on the Shingles bank and later tied up in Yarmouth for a taster in the kings Head.

Turned out to be an Searider owners day, 2x 5.4's and a 4.7

Great day and the Chilli Con Carne was bloody hot

I think we saw the Searider gaggle tied up behind us, but I guess we just missed you!
