Garmin quest

Look on ebay for a Garmin Quest.

You should get one for £20 and they are waterproof.
You can turn off the roads function and use it at sea.

Brian.

RIBase
If you get a Garmin that will display Vision charts, I know a bloke that will "acquire" a chart for you for a donation to Whispers Macmillan fund

.....sh1t happens.......

I think I've got a Garmin GPS 45 packed away. It may need a new antenna but it does work and I've got a battery power lead. It has even got Hastings / Pevensey / Langley Point / Sovereign light platform, etc., in it as waypoints - just for you...!

I'll double check on Tuesday. If you still needed it, it'd be a 'donation to McMillan' job.
