For Sale: Set of Flares

I have the following excess of flares available ( Left image)

4 Red parachute flares valid until Dec 2015
4 Hand Held flares valid until Dec 2015
1 Orange smoke cannister valid until June 2014

These have been on another boat in a plastic container and have been black inked with company name. Happy to add a plastic container like the other image with blue lid (right image)

Due to being pyro technics I wont post so collection only Southamption areas, New Forest etc

Im interested, but have one question.

I will have my boat here in the UK till Easter next year, when I will take it to the Med. So, is it legal to transport flares in the Channel Tunnel and on a ferry ?

Would anyone actually ask ? Would anyone check ? Does it actually matter ?
