Johnson 4hp long shaft two-stroke outboard

My Johnson 4hp two-stroke long shaft outboard. Runs and pumps water, as can be seen in the video https://youtu.be/ufzZMmWM4hs .

This is the two-cylinder model, which is exceptionally light, and runs much smoother than single cylinder engines. Has forward and neutral gears. This has been used as an auxiliary on my rib, but I need a few more horses!

Has internal and external fuel tanks, but needs new changeover switch, so will only run on external tank at the moment. The red tank in the photos is included in the sale.

At some stage one of the clamp screws has been shortened, so if you have a very thin engine mount, it may needs a wood pad to clamp up tight. Some rust on the engine cover clamps (why do they make them out of steel?), but these are minor issues easily fixed. Other than that, and the inevitable scratches etc, it is in pretty good condition for age.

Looking for £159 ono

Cash on collection. I could package up for your shipper if you wish, but you would need to arrange it. Located in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire postcode HP17. PM me if interested.
