ICOM IC-M421 on Ebay

Don't know if anyone is looking for a DSc vHF....saw this on ebay. Still has 6 days to go, but might be worth a look /watching...used ICOM IC-M421

Says it doesn't have an MSC code...presume that means MMSI?

think thats what he means ...their good radio's ......if someone has already entered the mmsi code then it needs to go to icom for re-entering your own no ....theres no option within the radio for the owner to do it so when you do enter it make sure you get it right ....i have a manual if you get it and it doesnt come with one
