BTW you don't need to pay for PB1 if you are doing PB2 (which is what the RYA need to see when you apply to them for your ICC - form on RYA (https://www.rya.org.uk).)

I've just done my PB2 and sent for ICC... cost...

I've just done my PB2 and sent for ICC... cost £30 and covers you for 5 years. They can do a fast delivery service for an extra £30..

How do you prove ownership and VAT if you've bought a 2nd hand...
