I recon a long weekend would suit most, say Thursday to Sunday. I do agree though that an even like RIBEX or SBS would be a good oppertunity to combine a more formal RIBnet meet and another function...

I cast my mind back to 2004 at RIBEX when we had a great weekend and the evening in the Fountain with Alan Priddy and Co talking about .....Well RIBs and grand voyages.
