Think you'll find that sending a solicitors letter demanding a new engine for a cracked handle would be considered heavy handed by most on the forum.
Its not like you'd expect a new car for a flat...

I'd imagine the profit off a 15hp engine just wasnt worth the agro of a customer like Mr & Mrs Cumbria.
At least theres a choice of 2 Suzuki...
