Did it a couple of years ago as it was rough....
Did it a couple of years ago as it was rough. Headed straight to Conway just before Gallows point.
Lowest it showed was 0.5m :eek: in the trough of a big wave, got pretty concerned a that point...

Menai Straits - 28th Dec
Yep! At high tide you can hug the Mainland coast from Bangor and cut out about 6 miles each way! You won't go anywhere near puffin.
Just make sure it's a big tide, you get the times right and...
