Yes there's toilets and wash room. Check with Carolyn at Seafaring office. It's on the Seil side. You moor in Easdale harbour.

Yea you can camp behind the highland arts in the car park There's quite a few do it. You will have bring strong pegs and a big hammer as the ground is hard therefore also remember an air mattress....
