Apparently it seals straight away, watch the video's on the site and as far as they guy new the shelf life is very long.

CT1 Sealent/adhesive

Was recommended to use CT1 (https://www.ctecuk.co.uk/) instead of Sikaflex yesterday by a very knowledgeable bloke. Looks really good stuff and I'm going to keep some on the RIB for emergency...
