yellow bouys in our area mark special intrest hazards ,tide information bouys , pipe outfalls, shallow spits or shallow water ,
wondering if EH are hoping to play that card as it was mentioned...

On a private beach unless its a very busy resort type of beach I don't think it's compulsory to provide lifeguard or rescue boat cover as long as risk assessment has been done ,

Interesting point,
Wonder what the legal( duty of care ) outcome would be if some swimmer drowned going too far out to the bouyed off area so far from shore thinking that because its a swimming...

We have had in the past yellow Tidal survey ...

We have had in the past yellow Tidal survey buoys about a metre or so in diameter dropped in for a month or so our area ,just with a number stencilled on the side
Seemed to have monitoring...
