They have all sorts , but all the 'top' ones are taken prettymuch all the time. But the most common are mid -river around Christchurch key. Costs depend on how long your boat is, but pretty OK car...

general costs - insurance - a couple of hundered a year , service etc - depends if you look afer it & its up together - get a good boat/ engine & some TLC & a service for a few hundred quid will see...

Bournemouth water ( Christchurch)usually have moorings available at pretty reasonable rates - around 700 a year & its pretty safe round here - not had any damage/ thefts for ages - I've got mine out...
