Sounds like it may be and if so you could do with getting that sorted ASAP as it you have sea water in the cylinders it wont take long for permanent damage to occur if it hasn't already.

Possible water in the electronics so I sould disconnect all the various connections and check they are not damp.

Check for spark at Plugs
Check Fuel supply
