I must change the dimensions on my site, we spotted thank you - those are maximums and the top strap is adjustable.

An HX-500 fits very nicely indeed.

I sell those too, but they are not listed on the marine site as I cannot imagine an HX-500 or any other similar sized VHF fitting in one. Perhaps one of the tiny Cobra models.
