Wussey?!! Cheeky git :D I tried a 23" on my Rinker which had a 260hp Merc V8 throwing it around. The 21" was perfect, with a 23" it really struggled to pull out. It didn't half fly when we did get it...

Be careful with over-propping, I've been there....

Be careful with over-propping, I've been there. You'll end up with a bit more top end (which is used rarely) at the sacrifice of pull out and general performance. I'd stick with the 21" or 22" max....
