No,ban the ski itself (they have to show registration numbers) not the user. It costs to get a permit and it's hard to sell locally if it can't be used locally ;)

Yep, have to have permits,ID numbers, insurance etc to launch at Baiter.

Insurance isn't any comfort if you're the injured party though.

Just sent this email to Poole Harbour commissioners. Hopefully someone will take some notice.
Anyone else had problems with them there? I think it's time for a concerted campaign to highlight this...
