If you're not mechanically minded get the trailer...

If you're not mechanically minded get the trailer centre to do it once the brakes are free. If your brakes are seized then you'll probably have fun removing the hub and it'll take a fair bit of skill...

Gotta be able to remove the brakes 1st though... I'm assuming you don't mean drag it until they free up? Sounds like he's more likely to burst the tyres doing that.
