Probably better off measuring with a set of calipers.

Measure inside-to-inside and outside-to-outside of the holes, and split the difference to get center-to-center measurement.

Ditto for tool...

Rollers may stretch the fabric where the rollers hit. I'd go for the more even support that bunks provide.
