Yup decided on a Parker 10m for a number of reasons.
I did ride on a hysucat rib but it would still be a small boat overall. The ride was nice although we weren't in heavy wave action.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I've ridden on a friends catamaran and didn't like the ride personally, I wonder how the hysucat changes that.
really like the idea of smaller more fuel efficient...
