Update: after a discussion with the dealer, i still used the boat after the summer. As he predicted the transom did not further deteriorated.
The boat performs very well, beyond expectation, also...

I did add pictures, but apparently they don't show. I will add them again tomorrow.
I think the cracks are structural: moving the engine makes them wider, looks pretty...
