Have I missed something here - how do we know he is fraudulent - we suspect it sure, but lifting someones description of a product hardly make it a crime.

The thing to remember is often people "steal"...

The thing to remember is often people "steal" product details from other sites, if this guy purchased these engines in a job lot and didn't know what they were then he may use someone elses...
