Ok so short circuit or earwig then!
I charged it up about 3 or 4 months ago so its probably been gassing for a long time - bloody big earwig :D - No funny smell and no heat that i can feel...

I took the batteries off my rib at the end of last season and gave them both a top up charge and left them in the dry all winter, when i went to connect them back up last week i noticed that...
