Yep I am glad I have sorted mine before wiring up...

Yep I am glad I have sorted mine before wiring up my nice new radio to the boat and pumping 17 volts into that!
I wish I did a bit more research before I went on eBay and bought the same Rectifier...

The rectifiers I have are the part used on the older mariner 30's

Hi Can any one help me with this

Outboard is

Ex rnli mariner 2 stroke 40hp

I have noticed on the newly installed volt meter that the voltage is going up with rpm to 16 volts!
I assume...
