Been through 2 standard horizons, both steamed up! Returned under warranty, but last one gone again, now out of warranty. Given up & gone over to ICOM!

I agree, its not a very user-friendly site. I have added 3 vhf radios over the years & every time had a problem! Best off phoning them up! They are very helpful.
