The rest of the engine is fine. Had the mounts all done end of last year and a full service. Just need the block. I haven't bothered taking it apart to see how the water got in but I guess bottom...

I am trying to track down a good used powerhead for a Mercury 125 4 cylinder thing. I've bought a Viking 5.8 with it on the back, but the engine is seized from water ingress.

Not sure if he will be able to re-load the software. There is a function on the laptopsto enable us to re-map the ECM but it is currently disabled for the dealers use :( , unless they are now...

Does your dealer not have the diagnostic software for the engine? They should be able to connect up to a laptop and then go for a run in the boat and determine which sensors are at fault or if it is...

So are you saying that there were no 150 E-tecs made in 2006? We have just bought a RIB with a 2006 Evinrude E-tec 150 HO on the back. It has E-tec on the hood and 3 latches :]
