Ply floor thickness
Looking to make a 2 piece ply floor for my 3.4 sib.
Will 12 mm exterior ply (treated obviously) be suitable or should I opt for the next thickness is 18mm. This will be very heavy.

Old tohatsu prop drive

Avon tube separation
My Avon 3.4m has 3 tube sections and the inflatable keel.
When I depress the valve of the bow tube to deflate one of the side tubes deflates as well. There must be a way through between the 2 tubes....

The last tube I bought was well within date and unopened but the sikaflex would not come down the spout. Having cut the tube open, found it was set inside.
Expensive lesson there.

Tohatsu carb float setting
I`ve just stripped the carb on my Tohatsu M12A 2 stroke O/B and reset the float as per manual - height 15mm from top face because the float as it was set was low.
No fuel was getting past the inlet...
