Maybe not the best video, but it's 7 years old and the camera doesn't capture everything, but he does a full strip down of the intercommunicating valves as part of the service. These valves were...

It's all cash Steve, if it was a private individual, then you'd spec what you wanted and buy the boat. Clubs are led by committee with a TSB Squirrel account that needs two signatures. Hey, we supply...

Welcome to the forum Hoppy.

I think Pikey has hit the nail in the head, a SIB isn't the way forward with 5 people plus diving kit, given you're adding at least an hour to build and...

That's unfortunate - as the engine serial number is missing. It's a long-shaft, 3 cylinder engine, auto-lube, power trim and tilt and electric start. Great engines and built like proverbial ****...

Long time to hear from you.

Making a guesstimate as not familiar with Avon S3.4.

You were right with your description, that is indeed a very tired hull.

Seems that Optima 525 (Z61217) seat (available in grey and white) is pretty standard across the Zodiac Pro 420/500 range. The price is something else, still £1,350.

When I had my Pro 7-man the...

2-strokes, air, fuel, spark. The last part is a built disingenuous, with HT leads, butterfly valve on air box, etc.

Earlier comment about checking fuel. I had a pattern part Tohatsu fuel connector...

The MK5 is a big old bus, with aluminium floorboards. Minus engine, fuel or payload you’re still looking at 250kg (550lbs) alone so you’re not hauling this up beaches like a conventional SIB. This is...

As well as lubing the rollers, check the penny washers are stainless 316, including the split pins. Any signs of rust and discolouration, then swap them out. New keel rollers will undoubtedly help.
