What are the advances on RIB design these days?

Looking at RIB prices Worldwide I see that they get higher and higher by the minute.

OK price was never the issue (is only about 10US difference $94 the Wisecos and $82 the SeaCross any way ... ). For the use I do on my boat SEACROSS apparently are the more appropriate pistons....
