go on to boat setup . com , and they have a few evinrude experts on there . by disconnecting the throttle censer , you can 'blink' the fault codes out of the engine , and find out what the faults...

its not the engines that are the problem its the top bearing and gear teeth in the Leg that fail on the bravo Drives , its not a matter of if they break , its just a case of when.

The only 2 places I know about to get petrol by the quay side in Ireland , Bangor marina , and Dun Laoghaire marina. otherwise , its petrol cans , and carry them or talk nicely to someone to help you...

I believe redbay only trust the Yamaha outdrives because they rarely break, I believe that every rib that they have built with a bravo leg has blown up. they are the doing product testing for Yamaha...

OPTIS, run a compressor to inject a fuel/ air mixture into the cylinder at the correct time , so if your opti got inverted , and submerged , I think water would get into the fuel injection and air...

Indexing makes a huge difference...... recommended...... it makes about 200rpm difference on a engine in my experience, and try to line them exactly.
